Musicality.

Musicians are well prepared. They know their instruments and their written part of the music very well. When playing together it is about listening, taking initiatives in free spaces, and giving great ideas an opportunity to grow. It is about playing together, improvising around a set of common rules. 

The skills of a musician are inspiring when working with corporate teams. It reminds us about collaboration, team spirit and improvisation - all to create a common product.

Espen has been working as a singer since High School at Hartvig Nissen (Music). He has been taking vocal classes with Anne Marie Giørtz (jazz), Luciana Lazulli (brazilian bossa nova/samba), and Hildegunn Coucheron (opera). Espen is a member of a number of musical constellations including the bossa nova orchestra The Hammocks, and his own group, Espen Frederiksen (signed at ThumbsUp Records).
